SHALL THE TIME COME

Every night I gaze at the sky
Standing beside the window
Watching the countless stars
The dark sky reminds of my future ahead
Black and dark
When shall the time come

Each twinkling star across the sky
Renews hopes of my life
There is light ahead of you
Not to loose hope blindly
When shall the time come

If hopes are with you
And faith in your heart
Prayers to be said
The time shall come....

An email from Personal assistant to Mrs. AL-Gaddafi the second wife of Muammar Gaddafi of Libya

Good day,
I am Mr. Andrew Malema,
Personal assistant to Mrs. AL-Gaddafi the second wife of Muammar Gaddafi of Libya.

I am presently in South Africa because of the crises going on in Libya at the very moment.
I wish to seek your hand in business which will benefit us both if carried out in a perfect manner.

I am in position of documents that was used to deposit the total sum of $47,500,000.00 in a security company here in South Africa which was deposited by myself and a cousin of Mrs AL-Gaddafi who is not late and this money was kept for security purposes because of the fear of a civil war which will surely lead to the confiscation of all their assets in their Libya.

I was ordered by Mrs AL-Gaddafi to find the most possible means to move this fund out of south Africa before I left Libya and she told me to get back to Libya once once the civil war crises has ended because she can not communicate with me while I am outside the country because of security reasons and I can only communicate with her if I get back to Libya and also her husband and her family does not know about this fund.

I found your contact while browsing through the internet to fin someone with a lucrative business who can be able to handle this fund without problems.

I have worked as her personal assistant for 8 years and to tell you the truth, I intend to take this fund for myself because I have also lost everything back in Libya already and I don't intend going back.

I seek your assistance and if you can assist, call me on this telephone number so that I will get back to you.

Phone: +27 735 653327

I would appreciate very much if you call.

Regards

Mr. Andrew Malema

SPICE FUSION

To mark my wedding anniversary I went to the newly opened restaurant located on Ameenee Magu just in front of Stelco building. The name SPICE FUSION is new type of name in Male’ as I have heard of fusion cooking on the cooking channels. As I went inside the house turned to restaurant, the interior was nicely designed. The hallway was separated by nice wooden grill partion. The table was nicely laid with two white piece of table cloth and with red napkins. And with a candle lit on the table.

The menu was brought and when flipped it I saw they had a big menu. And even had Chinese food also. In the thought of checking fusion food, for a soup I ordered pumpkin onion soup. The soup arrived about in thirty minutes, during the time I was entertained by some guy coming it the restaurants’ kitchen which was just next our table with some bags of food items maybe. Male’ being small city I thought it was ok.

The soup was great. It was thick and creamy. Considering eating this soup for the first time. My taste buds were comforted by this delicious soup. Just as finished my soup my appetizer watermelon feta mint salad followed. I have seen this salad being made on TV with watermelon cubes. But here it was scooped from a small spoon in to small balls mixed with feta cheese and black olives. Spicy at first but the ingredients nicely fusion together. One of the best salads I had. For main course being a “fish” man I ordered Fisherman’s catch. Which consists of pan fried tuna, reef fish and anchovies plus boiled vegetables? The reef fish was fired medium and the fishy taste was ok. But the tuna and the anchovies was nearly burned to crisp. And the anchovies tasted too salty. Overall the dish was OK. But not my favorite.

Skipping dessert I ordered a coffee with a new name Nesspreso Espresso made from some special kind of coffee (as written on the menu, but in too small letters). The coffee relives the night. It was strong and delicious. Anyways I enjoyed the candle lit dinner on this special occasion with my wife. I will surely go and check other dishes on the menu. One thing I noticed the manager (I think) asked how the food was after every course. Keeps me wondering whether he knew I was going to write this.

Twin sharing in KIMS

Have you ever known how it will feel like to twin share a room with rural indian couple. You may wonder how I labelled them rural couple. First the don't have mobile phone. Its very rare even in india. Second this guy roams in the room and in the corridors half naked without a shirt. Apparently showing off his dark hairy body.

The reason I came here for small surgery of my wife. And there wasn't a single private room except a executive room which cost abt USD 100.00. So I went for the twin sharing room. Considering it would be 1-2 days max.

So the day goes by slowly, we were asked to see the anaesthetist , so I took my backpack ( where all my stuffs are) leaving behind the magazine I was reading. When we came he said something malyalam which supposed means he thought we have gone for good or discharged. And he was so happy thinking we went. During lunch this guy was eating so loudly, luckily I did not see him eating because of the curtain dividing the room. After eating he went to the common wash basin and gurgle with water and spitting in to it. And BTW he has hijacked the TV remote and the in house phone too. By the time I leave from here I would be a maliyalam speaking christian.

Maldivian- Flying made simple

Being the first time travelling on Maldivian I felt our nation carrier is very good and competitive for a small country like Maldives. First thing I noticed was the crew was very helpful and the crew was all male. I noticed this because on other airlines I notice that staff are mixed. Anyways felt comfortable and homely when I heard all announcement by dhivehi. Half way the journey refreshment were sereved. It was good and tasty too. And got the Maldivian fav THE FOAH packet. Again another homely thing. The flight went smoothly thru out 1 hour 20 minutes and landed safely in TRV airport. Being all male crew and still they helped a mother in changing a baby's diapers. And got nice set Maldivian playing card in shape I have never seen. And I enjoyed it playing it onboard. And here is my score card. Comfort 8 , Friendliness 7 , Food 9 , Ambience 8, Value for money 9
Bon Voyage BTW Shuau aka OBO I loved Maldivian logo.
